Provide a free estimate

The first procedure is that the head of our packing team will visit you at home. This is to evaluate the amount of goods you wish to pack and ship. This will help us know how much packing material he needs to bring on the day of the pack-out. He will also note if it is possible to bring a container directly to your home.

Within normally three days, we will provide you an estimate, giving you prices for all the services you require.

To save time, we usual like to deliver the packing material on the day before the move. All the packing will be done by our well-trained team at your home.

We use good quality packaging materials, and take great care in packing your goods to ensure that you receive your processions in good condition. Special care is taken for packing mirrors, any breakable items, and we are the specialist in Haiti for Art.

Shipping

Shipping dates need to be planned ahead. Once we have selected the company to ship your household effects, reservations will be made to secure bookings.

Leaving Haiti, you have two choices:

1. Sea Freight: shipments are loaded in either a 20' or 40' steel container. During the summer, we can sometimes organize that Concorde clients share containers, if they have a small volume.

2.Air Freight: This is the best solution if you are in a hurry to receive your processions and you do not have much volume.

Insurance

To utilize the services of Concorde is to guarantee oneself "peace-of-mind." Concorde can offer you comprehensive “All Risk” insurance protection for your personal effects, your artwork, and car.

The insurance policy will cover your consignment during the entire duration of the removal, from the first day of packing to the final day of delivery.

Prior to the commencement of your removal, you will be required to complete a comprehensive valued insurance inventory. This insurance inventory will determine the value of compensation in the unlikely event of a claim. As this valued inventory is essential for the prompt and accurate evaluation of any possible claim, it is important that you carefully list each individual item along with its estimated value. In the event that an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be compensated by the Insurance company based on the inventory’s declared value.

Storage

Concorde can provide short-term storage in the event you have to delay the forwarding or delivery of your consignment.
